Originally founded as Salerno Theatre/Salerno Entertainment in 2003 (which began as a humble start-up theatre in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and quickly grew to a professional regional touring company), we enjoy the unique distinction of being endorsed by many of the “Who’s Who” in the world of professional entertainment. Our full-scale productions have toured throughout the Southeast playing to regional performing arts centers, dinner theatres, country clubs, intimate venues, fine restaurants and large 55+ communities.

With diverse offerings tailored to fit most budgets for entertainment such as Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin non-impersonation tribute events, to upscale musical reviews such as our acclaimed flagship production of BROADWAY IN CONCERT and smash-hit COAST-2-COAST: HITSVILLE, USA featuring the best music of the 50’s and 60’s, Mathews Entertainment boasts high-energy selections that cater to virtually any adult audience.
Every available show in our lineup (except licensed Broadway musicals) is fully customizable for your specific needs – from the number of vocalists and dancers to the length of the show itself (most shows available in 55,85 and 120-minute lengths with or without intermission).

In an industry traditionally built on business models that often make financial success in an artistic world difficult, Mathews Entertainment is geared towards ensuring both artistic and financial success for all parties.
With that in mind, Mathews Entertainment has built its business model with flexibility and inclusion in mind. Our events may be booked for flat fees as part of standard season offerings or, for qualified venues, as special event and/or dark performance day fundraisers on a minimum guarantee and split ticket arrangement.
We also have several performance options available for one night private functions, fine restaurants, event planners, senior communities and fundraising organizations.

As a fine, intimate and authentic French restaurant located in the heart of the “Horse Capital of the World” Ocala, FL, there is a certain level of quality, ambiance and experience that our very discerning patrons expect.
