OCALA, FLORIDA – Florida-based national touring company, Mathews Entertainment and Event, announced today the engagement of Emmy Award-winner, Cliff Carroll, as its new Entertainment Bookings Director.
Carroll, who won an Emmy in 1982 as an associate producer of “Kelly & Company” for Detroit’s WXYZ TV, has spent over three decades of his professional career in entertainment and media with key strengths in production, marketing, technical and creative.
For Mathews Entertainment, Cliff will take the lead on expanding the national markets in which the organization takes its vintage Las Vegas, supper club and Broadway-caliber musical and theatrical event tours.
“I could not be more delighted to have Cliff take the reins on a key component of our burgeoning entertainment company,” says Michael Mathews, Executive Director and one of the organization’s namesake entertainers.

Prior to joining the Mathews team, Carroll served as WLBE Leesburg, Florida’s Director of Development.
